EN Solar Panels provides solar installation, consultation, and related services for residential, commercial, and industrial customers across Uttar Pradesh and neighbouring regions.

2. Channel Partner Terms

Channel Partners agree to:

• Represent EN Solar Panels honestly and professionally
• Maintain confidentiality of pricing and business information
• Avoid any misleading sales practices
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

EN Solar Panels reserves the right to terminate any partnership in case of misconduct or policy violation.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

⚠️ No refund will be processed after 7 days of payment. No exceptions.

• Cancellation requests made within 7 days of payment may be considered for a full or partial refund
• Any amount spent on materials, labour, or site visits will be deducted before processing
• Approved refunds will be processed within 10–15 working days
• All requests must be submitted in writing via email or WhatsApp

4. Payment Terms

All payments must be made as per the agreed schedule outlined in the project proposal or invoice. Delayed payments may result in project delays or additional charges.

5. Warranty & Liability

Equipment warranty is governed by the respective manufacturer’s policy. EN Solar Panels is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

6. Changes to Terms

EN Solar Panels reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes your acceptance.
